After years of living over-weight, Pastor Kelley Steele made a decision to fight her personal battle once and for all.  She began to make major changes in her life that would allow her to battle obesity.  As she shed more than 100 pounds in front of her congregation, more and more women began to ask her for help with their own personal weight issues - and thus, High Maintenance was born. 

 

High Maintenance program is held every spring and available on audio cd, with the correspponding material during the off season. High Maintenance Monthly accountability classes will be held every 1st Monday of the month at 7pm in the KVCC Chapel, Litchfield beginning May 3, 2010 to keep the ladies focused and on track during the off-season of the 10-week cycle. . This support program is committed to help women change their thinking about food by applying biblical truths that ultimately increase discipline and change eating habits. Classes are taught by Pastor Kelley Steele. Program Workbook cost is $15.
